	Health Pathways Partnership brings generations together As part of Canning Coalition’s Health Pathways Partnership, residents from Uniting Church Homes at Rowethorpe were invited to a morning tea on 16th February to get to know a class of 16 schools students who are about to embark on a career in aged care. The aim of the morning tea was to give the students an insight into the industry in a comfortable social setting.
